Landowners

A call out to every Landowner in the UK

We are looking to establish a Hundred Acre Wood Project for every community in the UK.

In reality, we can create meaningful projects with land from 20 Acres+

To this end, we are looking to speak to Landowners who may have land that they are willing to sell, lease (30 year minimum) or donate to the Programme.

The land could be surplus to requirements, brownfield sites, degraded agricultural land or land which the owner is willing to gift back into the community to create a legacy that will last for generations to come.

Landowners & Farmers

Do you own land that is poor quality, degraded or surplus to requirements?

We may be able to buy, lease or even co develop a Hundred Wood Project to create an alternative income stream or an enduring family legacy in your community.

Real Estate Developers

We are working with Real Estate developers to secure value from excess land that cannot be developed as part of a planning scheme.

In addition, we can help Developers to meet their BNG obligations with credits from surplus land or from Hundred Acre Wood sites in the same region

Public Authorities

If you are a Government or Local Authority body or agency with land that is surplus to requirements, we may be able to put that land to good use for the communities that you serve.

Creating spaces for education, healthcare, wellbeing falls within the remit of most public authorities and we would love to hear from you if you have access to suitable land

Hotels, Leisure & Hospitality

Many businesses in the rural hospitality sector, from Country House Hotels, Spas, Camping Sites and Pubs own land which could be developed into a Hundred Acre Wood project; bring enhanced facilities for existing clientele as well as attracting new customers as a leisure destination.

This can often be structured so there is little or no cost to the landowner; either in set up or annual maintenance.
